Customer Support
Provides on-line first level assistance and solutions through a sophisticated infrastructure of telecommunication. Its support team comprising of fully trained personnel of Technical Manager, Engineer and Specialist. Provides maintenance services at site and off site, sales and services support, on-call support and contract field services and support.
As regards to customer satisfactions, show room and service center is position to the needs and located at Taman Keramat office.
Software Development
The primary mission of the Software Engineering Division, the software development arm is to generate income through development of quality software products.
